Stay Home, Make Art – Day 23



Making progress – the beginning pages will be a gradation of colors starting and dark blue then to lighter shades blue on the first four pages.  Today pages 5 and 6 transition from blue to aqua to green.  More green coming tomorrow.

Beefy Art


Working on another art scrapbook, using ephemera I have saved for collages.  I knew those bumper stickers from the state fair would come in handy in one day.  And yes, my name is Tofu, and I like to paint big juicy steaks.

Orange Art in Progress

Last night, as they were drying, I realized these orange pieces of painted paper were having their moment as an art installation.  They deserved a quick photo.  As for the portrait of Dürer’s father — I am repurposing an old art guide as a scrapbook, using paint that would otherwise dry up on the palette as well as scraps from my collage work.
